Train like a true Barça Player!

Learn the unique Barça Academy methodology

Promote our values

Actions on and off the field reflect essential values: respect, humility, effort, ambition and team spirit - they shape the club's identity.

Decision-making

Prioritising game intelligence enables quick and conscious decisions that reinforce effective positional play.

Collective play

Operating as a unified structure, based on coordinated movement and mutual support, improves team effectiveness.

Unique style of play

Developing a distinctive style rooted in positional dominance, short passing and spatial control makes the model instantly recognisable.

Players will train according to the Barça Academy methodology, which has proven its effectiveness in producing many top-level players, notably Messi, Iniesta and Gavi.

Our goal is to train our players both athletically and personally.

Heritage & Vision

The philosophy of La Masia

All our coaches at the academy are integral members of the Barça Academy. They have been rigorously selected and trained to lead our sessions. Their high-level qualifications, combined with the Club's distinctive style, allow us to be an international benchmark in youth training.
